Rose

I was weary this morning, probably as a result of too much socialising yesterday. I pottered and did a few jobs, then got myself into Edinburgh for a haircut.

Had thought about going in early to do some Christmas shopping, but I didn’t get myself organised. Once in Edinburgh, I had time for a quick visit to M&S before heading off to my appointment. On the way I passed an adult nativity, I saw two dressed as shepherds with knitted sheep, an Angel, and a couple of others. I assume they were acting the nativity in some way.

Once I was shorn, I went back into the city centre, and did a wee bit shopping, but it was busy, too busy for me. I did pick up a few things for tea from M&S and caught a very busy bus home.

I was expecting BB to appear, but he didn’t arrive until later, and in fact came home on the same bus as TT, who had gone out for a few post-work pints. I had already eaten when they appeared.

I started watching Black Doves, but fell asleep in episode 2, so will have to watch it again.

I took very few pictures today. This rose is blooming in our garden, rather out of season
