Board Games.

Boxing Day is a peak time for Board Games.
Some of you will remember the games of your youth. Snakes and Ladders and Drafts and of course the ubiquitous Monopoly.
All history now.
My 20 year old grandson is an expert on modern games. The Blip shows his Christmas present.
It is called ARCS and is a Sci-Fi space strategy games.
It has a six panel board, 100 wooden space ships,
 18 engraved dice and a large number of cards.
More importantly it has a 30 page book of playing rules and a video in case you need extra help.

I am not ashamed to admit that it is beyond the capacity of my aged grey cells.
 I am sitting in the other room with my iPad Scrabble !
