I've notice in recent times that many of the shops on the high street have been subdivided into more than one business. Presumably this is a reflection of the state of the economy and the cost of rents and business rates etc. This premises has been two different cafes/tea rooms in recent times but now appears to have split into two, three, or possibly even four different parts. The shabu restaurant in the downstairs left is fairly self-explanatory, but the Urimental, Mini Nail, and Cafe In parts may need a little further exploration
