Winter walk

The weather has been grey and Misty all Christmas, but we decided to get out for a walk today. We went to Brigsteer Woods and noticed some fungi, Jews Ears and something called Cobalt Crust which is found on dead wood and quite uncommon. (Photo from First Nature).
We had turkey tagliatelle with ham and cream, one of our family Christmas favourites, followed by Cornish Crackler cheese, and some Yule log.
The diets will have to start next week!
