Post-it tree

I saw this art installation as I was walking to Waterloo station from shopping in Covent Garden. It was in St. Martin in the fields churchyard near Trafalgar Square. I googled it afterwards and it still made very little sense to me....art, artists, internet, maps, post-it notes?!

Anyway,I just liked the bright colours against the grey buildings.
