One of our favourite games that we invented on holiday was "Sogidosh".

You need two small balls, and you throw both at once to each other in the swimming pool. If you catch both at once (surprisingly hard) you are required to do a "Spin of Glory" (Sog), but if you drop both then it's a "Dunk of Shame" (Dosh). First to five wins, and chooses who to swap places with. Great fun!
