Wonderful mellow winter view

What a morning! Counted 150 new mole holes between our garden and the farmer’s so I went back indoors.
The frost had melted by 9am but the low cloud was here until around 2pm. The sun, now low in the west started to show through as we took our post Christmas exercise, a walk around one of the many fishing ponds.
