Rhododendron “Christmas Cheer”

We have been to Stourhead, a National Trust property in Wiltshire. I was expecting to blip a view of the lake but it was very foggy.

The blip is an early flowering rhododendron which one the gardeners assured us is a reliable Christmas time flowering shrub. It did look very striking as there were very few other blooms.
