This Country!?

Driving home through Northleach last night I realised I haven't done a pic of the tree yet this year, so, at a loss for a blip today, and needing a bit of fresh air I wandered down to the town this evening to put that right.

Initially I was disappointed that there was a large van parked on the pavement in front of the tree making a full frame shot impossible. But then I thought no problem, I can get a partial shot of the tree with the town sign reflected nicely in the windscreen. So, here you go.

Why This Country? Well on my walk home I was stopped by a car and asked the way to the Northleach bowls club. I said as far as I was aware there wasn't one. Turns out these guys were doing a tour of This Country locations and had found everything except the bowls club. Sounded legit, though why they would be doing this in the dark beats me. Anyway we decided between us that bit must have been filmed somewhere else. 

In the extra a shot of us at the theatre last night. Mainly because I liked the girl photobombing us from the seat next to me!

Daughter#1 has been to Cheltenham this afternoon to meet a school friend. We are now waiting for her return, hopefully with fish and chips from Simpsons.
