A long day that started earlier than usual, because my bus is cancelled until 7/1, so I need to go in to town and change bus there. It is what it is, and normally it's ok... but, this morning some bright minded person (irony...) had decided that it was totally ok to cancel two busses in a row, because of lack of staff... Two in a row!! That meant I was late for work... Yay! 
I spent the hours at work with mostly making paper roses. My boss wanted some for her Christmas tree, so I was making them now, for next Christmas... and I mixed this with carrying stuff around and burning wood in a fire outside. I told my coworkers Happy New Year, and see you next year (always fun to say! ), when I left. I now have a couple of days off. 
Then I took the bus in to town, changed bus and went home... While my pasta, for lunch, was boiling I searched for clothes to wear for the memorial gathering. I dressed up and then my cousins husband called, telling me he and his mum would pick me up 30 minutes later. That had me thinking about clothes and I ended up changing clothes and shoes... Then I got picked up and we went to the chapel where we would meet everyone. I then stood in a small room with a sink, fixing the last with the wreath. I needed to fasted the roses. My cousins were very pleased with the wreath and it is now placed on my aunts grave. The memorial gathering was held for my uncle, who passed away this summer. 
Then we went to a house connected to the church yard/chapel and had a meal together. Lots of relatives on my dads and uncles side came and it was so nice to meet them all. :)
I had the fortune to get a ride home with two of the relatives, who were going to another city. 
Tomorrow I'll be following mum to the train, so she can go home, and then I think I'll just rest for a couple of days!
