The big guy

Getting ready for the day. I was in the ticket office today something I enjoy even though I get tired
Interesting thing about today was where everyone came from. Two lots from Hong Kong, Colorado, Germany, India, England and Australia and many different parts of New Zealand. Never ceases to amaze me.
I always love the reaction of the children.
At end of the day went straight up to the hospital so it was 6pm by the time I came home to cook my tea. A nine hour day.
However the men that steam up the train do a 12 hour one as they have to be there to fire up three hours before we start and then have to stay til it’s cooled down enough to go back in the shed
