Cramond Island

The sun had only just risen when we arrived for parkrun this morning and was showing off the Firth of Forth in all its glory.

Another good parkrun this morning - the second in 4 days - and I managed a time just seconds different from the Christmas Day run, despite not having my parkrun pal encouraging me round this time.
