Early Riser

I was wide awake at 4am so I got up and made a cuppa and read my book for a while. Then I went in the art room and started to tidy it. There was stuff everywhere.
I had the wooden storage drawers/files upstairs where I used it for sewing stuff so I emptied that all over the spare room floor (that will have to be sorted!) I sorted all the art stuff out and labelled the drawers. Emptied packets of various paints and put them in the shallow drawers.
All this took quite a while but when it was done I did some drawing. In between time I did the laundry and made a vegetable soup.
Frank has man flu - actually he’s got a really bad cough and cold so he spent the day on the sofa while I was happily sketching. 
This evening we watched the film ‘JOY’ about the development of IVF which resulted in the first rest tube baby Louise Brown. An excellent film.
I am now really, really tired as I didn’t have a nap.
