Slightly too well done

This is Molly’s favourite chocolate brownie cake. It’s a couple of years since I last made it - and not in our new oven- so I misjudged the level for the oven shelf. Slightly overdone but it tastes good. Molly and her boyfriend are coming to have lunch with us tomorrow: it will be lovely to see them
