EV revealed

With the cover on there is nothing to see apart from the wiper washer water cap. Annoyingly BMW & other German car manufacturers don't design their EVs to have a 'Frunk' - front trunk - where you can place cables & other bits & pieces one doesn't want undervthe rear boot/trunk when on a tour with it packed with suitcases.

My BMW iX1 30 is four wheel drive so there are motors front & rear, but still other manufacturers manage to find the space. Tesla even their AWDs have a huge frunk.
