Catan

(I've done 5 back blips prior to this one for those that are interested)

Today was mine and Sophia's last day in Lincoln. After a lie-in and packing up, we maxe dubu jorim for us and Mum. 

We then made the long drive down to Swindon where Sophia's dad lives. It was dark and very foggy, which isn't ideal when you have to take loads of country roads. But we managed to make it safely in one piece.

Sophia's dad, Sanjay, had bought some pizzas for us to stick in the oven with some homemade garlic bread. 

We then played Catan, which Sanjay had recently purchased. It's a boardgame where you build settlements and collect resources. It's the first time Sophia and I played it, and Sanjay's 3rd time. Sophia was really close to victory, but I managed to snatch it from her right at the end (I'm orange). It was a really fun game, and I look forward to playing it again!

I'm in Swindon for another week, and we're going to plan the week out a bit more innthe morning.
