Boxing Day

Backblip for 26/12/24.  Spent a while this morning baking more of the cheese straws recipe, but as biscuits shaped like Christmas trees and snowflakes ready for the party at my daughter's this afternoon. Grandson F kindly collected us. Amazing spread for the buffet, but I completely forgot to take a photo! 13 of us there today  plus poor Gladys the GSD being driven mad by the scent of all the food! She did get some turkey as a treat. Some crazy games played after the food - amazing how competitive some can get - highly amusing! Remembered at the last minute to take a photo - so just the Christmas tree in their lounge, and you can just about see part of one of the chalk paint Christmas scenes that my daughter painted on the main windows, and their old house in the background - currently being converted into 3 separate dwellings.
