On the blog today is my latest Gratitude Project update and, as I mention, hopefully more smiles next month if the new doctor I'm seeing tomorrow is any use!

In good news I made it to work pretty much on time today and have only had a headache and tinnitus to endure. Honestly you'd think I was flying not driving to Saffron Walden the way my poor ears play up! Despite the pouring rain it was nice to bump into a friend for a quick chat too. Friendly faces are great when there's not much to smile about :)
