Looking Up

Stayed home today instead of going to two parties, one in the afternoon and one at night. I am feeling better but wasn’t ready to socialize. So I stayed home. Shelly had a service this morning and went to the evening party. This is a last minute photo looking up into the large stained glass lampshade on the lamp next to my side of the couch. I made this shade in the late 80s when I lived in Gilroy, CA. There was an amazing glass store there. They rented out forms to build the shade on and sold glass and other materials to build it with. It’s a copy of an old Tiffany shade of water lilies.
