Bugs

My wife, apart from being generally lovely, is also a very talented cake maker/decorator, though she is far too modest to admit it.

For my nephews naming day next weekend, my wife has been preparing a two tier cake with a country meadow theme, with various crawling and flying cartoon bugs.

this is a shot of work in progress annd shows some of the creatures that have been made for the cake. there are many more to do including butterflies and dragonflies. I can't wait to see the finished article, and more importantly, see the reactions of others on the day.
