Early Morning

Back to work for us today, but at least it’s a short week.  It was very dark this morning, and the bus was packed, hot and very stuffy. A woman fainted. Her partner tried to grab her, but she just slithered to the floor. Someone kindly gave her a seat, and she seemed to recover.

Work was busy, very busy. I had hoped things would be calming down, but no luck. I didn’t even manage out at lunchtime to do an errand.

I wrote my Christmas cards tonight, and I also fitted in a walk, as I had not moved all day.
