I can’t help it…

I got back to the ward at about 8.30 pm and hope that the procedure was a success.

Notable points from the exercise:

Three of the swarm of staff that attended to me were left handed

Every member of the NHS attended to me as if I were the only patient they had. World Class health care

One of the team that transported me from the ward to the theatre displayed the tattoo shown here. 

I cross examined him about it as we trundled through the maze of hospital corridors to our destination AND explained to him about Blipfoto.  Well, one has to do something to cover one’s nervousness.

He promised to visit me today for a photoshoot, and here he is!

Not for the first time have I encountered, and photographed hospital staff with an enthusiasm for the works of JRR Tolkien.
