Marsh tit

Today F and I went to Venus Pool nature reserve near Shrewsbury.  There were lots of water birds on the islands and in the water but all too far away for a decent photo.  From the other hide, I was particularly pleased to see a marsh tit visiting the bird feeders, I hadn't seen one for a few years.

In the field I saw various small birds in the trees including yellow hammers (extra).
