Prep

Drove to the hospital in Kempten for 10:00, three hours of preparation for tomorrow's operation.  Blood and lung function tests and all the endless sessions with the surgical & anaesthetic teams about what was to happen. Very efficient, friendly and no issues whatsoever. Reassuring as was my first ever visit to this hospital, my recent visits to my 'normal' hospital in Memmingen having been anything other than satisfactory in 2023.
