WHO SEES WHAT?

It's MonoMonday and the theme is "Reflection."

The reflection is obvious...but it made me think about what was going on in the horses mind as I photographed his rider in his eye as well as a shot of myself.  I have seen many times my dog's eyes looking at me and, although I didn't see my reflection in his eye, I could feel his love....reflected back to my eyes.

I wonder if the same is true between a horse and its rider?  I know that when I approach an unknown horse with a handful of carrots, he approaches me without fear.  And, after munching the carrots, when he moves closer and allows me to stroke his face it's the same feeling I get when my dog looks at me.
