"Water Tower"

This house was originally the support for a water tank. Built in 1914, for the former "Westhoughton Urban District Council" inscribed over the door. This entity ceased in 1974, Local Government Reorganisation.  I worked here then. The tank which was a header tank for the area was removed in the 80/90s. This house was created.
