Cousins Consuming Chips

Anything better than hot chips when you're hungry and cold?

Lovely outing in the sunshine, to Wyndley to feed the birds - great fun tossing the food in the air and seeing the gulls catching it midair. Then a meander, partly through thick mud, to the playground at Town Gate. 

Ju went to the doctor's, who thankfully didn't prescribe antibiotics; still this nasty virus going round. Really hoping no more fever tonight. Mike has a cough. Tom no energy. Paul and Felicity both ill as well. Can't believe how lightly I've got off so far.

Gratefuls:
- a sunny, crisp day, and that we got out in it
- fun time with all three grandkids
- making skillet cornbread for dinner, to accompany the leftover black beans from yesterday
