Rooftop Sushi

When I was checking in on Sunday there was a guy waiting to get into the building like I was. I didn't realize at the time that he was the chef at the rooftop sushi restaurant, but we recognized each other as I was passing by to the pool. I told him then, I would be back to try his wares and tonight was the night. Instead of trying to figure out what to order, we had him bring us whatever he thought was his best. This was one of his delicious creations (captured with microscope mode on my underwater point and shoot).
