Smiles for Daddy

Martin left to go offshore today. Sad faces all round except Rhona who had no idea. Hopefully a short one this time, 3 weeks instead of 5, but I won't hold my breath!

Started healthy eating today (even missed out cheese and had chicken tikka instead of steak on my subway, Martins choice for lunch before going to the airport ) and have just sat down after 25 mins on Wii active. It says I burned 150 calories, not sure how accurate it is though. Tea was a veggie pie from Rosemary Connelly and it was tasty. I remember making it once for my mum when she came to visitwhen I was a student.
