Deep Knee Raise

While we were walking,a.m. found this barrier and decided it would be great to exercise the deep knee raise,a TAE BO movement.so she had snoop dog sit and wait, started exercising and asked me to take a picture to be sent to her TAE BO teacher.
She agreed - for once ;-) -that I use it as blip of the day!
