Down dark alley

Visit lung specialist in old part of Memmingen to discuss the results of last week's CT. Doesn't look good or more directly put, it is cancer but needs to have a biopsy done to establish if good or bad type. 

I tried hard to get him to arrange the needed bronchioscopy in any other hospital than Memmingen following my big bust up with them  in the summer - even if it was kidney stone/Urology related.

He counter argued it was a simple out-patient or max 24hr in-patient procedure with no real medical care needed plus the hospital had good qualified operators, good equipment and was close at hand for him and where he had direct communications.

I gave in, very reluctantly. Later I was to regret this evening more.
