A view across the valley

JJ went to golf and I went to the garden centre hoping to pick up some bits and pieces but mainly failed.  On the way back I stopped off at the top of the hill above the village of Oakley looking towards Odell and Sharnbrook.

Bins redistributed around the close, picked up a parcel on a neighbours doorstep for safe-keeping, as they are away, and signed a form for our next door neighbour who is selling his mum's house as she's in a home.  I also went up to my friend's to deliver her birthday card for tomorrow.

This afternoon I started a jigsaw and have also culled a lot of my Tanzania pictures.

I had a rotten night last night and am not sure I'll stay up to see in the New Year, but you never know, I might rally.  Still deciding whether to make a suet pastry for the left-over chicken.  It might be chicken and mushroom pie without the pie.
