Happy New Year’s Eve

The fireworks started days ago already. But I’m glad: much more decorative fireworks and not many bangs that almost blow the windows out of their frames anymore like last years. This I can handle, but I feel for a family that just arrived from a Ukraine war zone with 3 little children. Every bang of fire work makes the children very scared and frightened. In fact I feel for everyone in a situation like this.

We just need more kindness
