Squished

Glad you all liked the picture yesterday - thank you for all the stars and hearts, I shall catch up on comments soon.
But, as they say - After the Lord Mayors show - todays image is somewhat less impressive. An indoor shot (I wonder why) of a slightly squished alstroemeria flower.
I was changing the water in the vase and this fella got trapped underneath, so it was taken into the study for me to blip.
In between all the wind, rain and chores which have happened today (and in the case of the first two are still happening) I have been doing some back up, memory card transferring and journal faffing ready for the new year to start tomorrow.
For those blippers already there in 2025 - Happy New Year.
