New Year's Eve

Walked along the cliff-top, down to the Pier, and through the gardens. Full of locals and visitors with adorable dogs. The (temporary) ice-rink was packed (blipped - full of tiny people - like a Lowry painting)

Took a bus to Westbourne. Walked round. Looked in M&S Food. Had an Aspall at The Libertine, where we chatted to a delightful young couple with young son and dog. They were in the process of moving here from South London. They said so many of their friends were moving here too.

Now home and enjoying roast pots, roast parsnips and a vegan burger (no bun).

Wind blowing up. Tomorrow there's another yellow alert here.
