NYEBigBash

Nigel had his 15 seconds of fame on the TV this evening on ITV1 The NYEBigBash.
A young lady called Elvire won the 'Game Changers Award' for her contribution to her community (Barking & Dagenham). At the age of 14 Elvire commenced a dance club at The Salvation Army Barking as a safe place for young people. 
Nigel, at the time was the Pastor of the Church, and he helped Elvire initiate the club by providing the space and support.
Nigel was asked to speak a few words about Elvire and her enthusiasm for the project. Elvire's Dad presented her with the Award.
Konverse is still going 12 years later and they perform in many events and competitions and have helped so many youngsters through the years.
