What a day! Morning service followed by a Christmas lunch (4), although I didn't have anything to eat because ...

... it was followed by a second Christmas lunch (5), slightly later, with the Parkinsons group! 

I'll let you into a little secret. I have spent this year trying to buy a house for the future, which I will rent out. After two aborted attempts today was the day i was able to collect the key!  Late afternoon I did a quick dash over to collect it and then go to the house with A. I'm so excited. 

I couldn't stop long as I had to be back for the Flower Club Christmas demonstration.
