Rocky Road

Weeks ago we bought a Rocky Road Christmas Pudding kit and finally made it today, it tasted good but fell apart easily when trying to slice it!

While Statix worked today I caught up with my friend Claire on a zoom chat and this evening we've eaten Detroit pizza and mooched with TV.
