The last sunset of 2024…..through the FOG!! This was as good as it was going to be. A couple shots after this, the fog moved in across the water and obliterated any remaining sky.

Thank you for all your beautiful comments relative to my 3650! This community has been so kind and supportive all these years and your support meant so much to me in the months after my husband passed away. It helped me keep going, giving me at least one thing a day I could accomplish especially on those days when I felt paralyzed by grief. I am grateful beyond words.

Adding some extras including my football photos from 1974! We lived in San Jose, California and the local radio station organized a fundraiser for the Police Athletic League. If they could get enough women to play tackle football for one game, the DJs would dress up as cheerleaders! We practiced for six weeks and learned how to play the game. The fundraiser was a success and the game produced a lot of publicity. We were then invited to do a scrimmage at halftime of the San Francisco 49er/Green Bay Packer game at the old Candlestick Park that fall! Photo of me wearing number 75 was just before the scrimmage (my husband in the photo with me). Memories. And photos to help us remember them!!!
