3655. Water Ingress…..

……again……I cannot believe this, after years and years of trouble with our upstairs neighbours because their flat roof keeps causing this water ingress every time there is heavy rain and wind, we are at a loss as to how to try and finally get them to fix it.

They told us that they had work done in October after suffering this in January 2024…it took them 9 months to get someone to look at it.  I think it might be time for legal action as our title deeds clearly state that any water ingress caused by another property is their responsibility to make right.  My husband said yesterday that had we not had our bathrooms renovated in December, he would be seriously considering selling up and moving…I would be heartbroken as I love where I live….
