A Trip to Narnia

Happy New Year.
We haven't had one of our normal New Year walks in the Pentland Hills due to bad weather.
We tried to get up to the Pentlands in the afternoon but were met by about 6 inches of snow, and had to turn the car around.  Luckily we were close to Malleny gardens so visited here, and walked along a lovely path nearby.
When we returned to Edinburgh, about a 5 mile drive there was no snow-it was like a dream.
