Stanley and I were up and out first thing for a walk with a completely different vibe to usual.

Freya had her appendix out last night, she came back to the ward at about 9ish and we got back to the hotel just in time for a cuppa and a Kitkat to celebrate the New Year!

Freya is now on a massive dose of antibiotics and pain killers but improving slowly
