Sharing an apple

Chris and I stayed up to watch the London fireworks then went to bed. It rained all morning so I didn't go out on their short walk with them. After lunch the rain had stopped so we walked round the prison 2 and a half miles! It was much colder than this morning and it was still windy. 
A lovely lazy day. Messages from home and photos showing local flooding. There has been so much rain in the North west and snow is on the horizon. Looks like the Northern Lights may be visible tonight if the cloud disperses, a lovely New Year treat if it happens.
