Back down to earth today getting the ground floor of the house back to normal, whatever normal is? Although the dishwasher was on overnight, it's amazing just how much glassware etc is not suitable for it needing hand washing. Did it matter I spent quite a long time restoring normality? Not a jot as the weather was atrocious with gales first thing giving way to persistent rain afterwards, and a good opportunity to play CD's not heard for a while.
