Morag the Highland Cow calves late last year, and consequently only ran with the bull for a couple of weeks after her calf, also Morag, was born. I didn't think she was in calf, and when she was tested in February the vet agreed.

So you can imagine my surprise when I went to check the stock this afternoon and found a bull calf, freshly minted.
