What a shock

Quiet and damp start to this morning. We didn’t get to bed until after 3 but I was still up just after seven and out for a walk before eight. Still a party going on but people drifting away.
Visitors didn’t come down until ten. They left around two and we headed off for a walk, it snowed while we were out, not for long and nothing on the ground. So cold.
Just finished dinner and could hear lots of voices beyond the allotments and fortunately Hetty started barking so we came in just as the fireworks started. Hubby grabbed Hetty and I grabbed my camera. She was shaking, but soon settled when they stopped.
I decided to listed to an album every day in 2025 and started today with Alabama 3 Outlaw, one of my favourite bands and seen them a few times but not had then on for ages. Think I will enjoy listening to old favourites and trying new stuff.
