River Brock.

Much flood water everywhere. After doing a few chores and having lunch W and I headed to Scorton. The road was blocked by flood water so we headed to Brock Bottom. I think it was the muddiest walk I’ve ever been on. Not a great distance but hard work. We had hot chocolate from a flask and Christmas cake and headed home. W is back at work tomorrow and I’m starting retirement. Although I think I may have a cold :-(
