Laksa

I've made laksa for our supper on New Year's Day for a few years now. We were introduced to laksa by our friends in Adelaide when we visited there in 1994. They took us to an Indonesian cafe in a food fair. Instant hit! I don't eat the prawns but G enjoys them, and I enjoy all the other ingredients.
