Baking machine

What?
Yes, I took down the good old Panasonic baking machine and put away the never-used soda maker Aqvia.
The airfryer is the 'IT' today.
My friend had just made focaccia bread with the fryer.
And I was reading that someone let the baking machine make the dough and then had the aifryer bake it.
Well?
Doesn't that sound just like something one must try at New Year 2025?!
