Lakeside residence

When we got up today we decided to explore. The chalets were right on Rudyard Lake according to the brochure. Of course the maps called it Rudyard resevoir instead.

Anyway, we went for a wander and ended up doing the five mile walk round the lake. It was a pretty gentle walk but still well worthwhile. It was pretty nice scenery with a few interesting boat houses and things located on prime spots round the walk.

We came across this wee shed type structure. Both this and teh equally ramshackle house next to it were up for sale.
